Customer Service Excellence: Be the go-to person for policyholders, answering inquiries, assisting with policy changes, and guiding them through the claims process.
Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients. Regular follow-ups will help you stay in tune with their evolving needs and ensure their policies are always up-to-date.
Compliance and Documentation: Keep everything above board by adhering to industry regulations and company policies. Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.
